Private Parking Area. The visitors can relax either on the veranda with the breathtaking views, or in the pool (100 m3 of water, biggest width 7 m, biggest length 12 m and depth from 60 cm - 1.80 m.) while sunbathing and reading their favorite book. There is no need to worry about children, as there is a special children’s section in the pool for greater safety. The pool area is equipped with 12 deck chairs and 6 umbrellas for a joyful experience!
Two fully equipped houses, the consumption of power and water, the a/c, the cleaning and maintenance of the garden and swimming-pool. The cleaning of the houses and the house linen (sheets, blankets, towels for the bathroom), every 4 days. 1 bottle of oil from our own olive grove as well as a basket of local fruit is offered as a welcome gift to our quests.

Villas are located in Rethymno, in a village named Adele just 1,5 km from the nearest sandy beach. There are 2 independent villas built in 5 acres of private olive grove. Rethymno is the third largest city of Crete and combines everything a visitor may ask for. It has amazing beaches awarded with the blue flag, the unique Psiloritis mountain, breathtaking canyons, the famous Old City that marries the Venetian era with the modern pace of life and of course the fortress of Fortezza that every single visitor owes to visit. In a distance of only 8 kilometers east of Rethymno is Adele, a little village, with strong growth and significant tourism infrastructure. It’s built in the plain, between olive and other fruit trees. The village has approximately 430 local residents. The area has a large sandy beach, tavernas and restaurants. Also access to the village of Adele is very easy as there are regular buses. The closest beach, Adelianos Kampos, is only 1.500 m away. Adelianos Kampos is is a vast, sandy beach with shallow waters, which has been awarded with a Blue Flag in 2012. It’s a perfectly organised coastal tourist resort, with many sun beds, umbrellas, changing rooms, showers, lifeguards, beach bars, restaurants and water sports. In Adelianos Kampos there is also an ATM machine.
Check In from 16:00 - 00:00 and Check Out from 07:00 - 12:00. It needs to be mentioned that the pool is being closed from the 1st of November until the 31st of March. Minimum stay: 3 nights for winter season, 5 nights for low season and 7 nights for middle and high season.
